On March 9, the 4th member meeting of the 3rd Yuhuan City Quality Association was held in Yuhuan Hotel. Wu Changhong mentioned in the report that despite the impact of the epidemic in 2021 and 2022, the Yuhuan Quality Association still adheres to the concept of "building a strong city with quality" as an important guiding ideology, and serves the society and enterprises as its purpose, ensuring online and offline activities continuous advancement. During the period, the association organized free "quality management (three-system internal auditor)", "quality, environment, occupational health and safety three-in-one system internal auditor training course", "path and method training for leading and participating in the formulation and revision of national and industry standards" A series of training activities, such as city media, public account and other forms to publicize the Yuhuan brand. This also further consolidates the organizational foundation of the association and provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of various service tasks.
Subsequently, Wu Changhong deployed the main work of the association in 2023 from three aspects:

The association should strengthen its own capacity building, strengthen the study, education and theoretical study of the "Twenty Great Spirits", strengthen the organization construction of the association, fully adapt to the requirements of high-quality development, and lay a solid political and ideological and working foundation for the high-quality development of the city. Quality development provides useful suggestions to play an effective service.

The association should focus on the needs of enterprises, conduct member service surveys, organize relevant training and expert assistance activities, and improve service pertinence. At the same time, the association uses the media to do a good job in the promotion of innovation quality to ensure service innovation and common development.

The association should strengthen the role of leading bridges, do a good job in platform communication, seek high-quality service organizations for new projects and new methods of member units, and continue to take the road of high-quality development.
Wu Changhong expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the participating leaders and member units, and expressed his confidence in the implementation of the new year's work and the high-quality development of Yuhuan in the future.
At the meeting, Xu Nanliang, quality director of the fifth branch of Shuanghuan Headquarters, reported on the quality work on behalf of Shuanghuan Transmission. Xu Nanliang shared Shuanghuan TQM's experience in promoting the "self-process completion" program and quality management. Xu Nanliang mentioned that "from the end of the process" to achieve "all staff quality, all staff prevention", from inspection quality to design process quality to design production line, in the form of informatization, standardization, digital management, the next process As a customer, achieve total quality improvement.
In terms of quality management, Xu Nanliang emphasized the importance of cultivating quality awareness, and mentioned that Shuanghuan will cultivate the authenticity of quality data, digitization of quality plans, standardization of quality management, refinement of quality improvement, and systematization of quality awareness, so as to comprehensively improve employees' quality awareness and the quality level of the product.
"There are no inspectors everywhere, and everyone is an inspector" is Wu Changhong's expectation for Shuanghuan's quality system construction.
