Structural features
• The total transmission ratio requirement is achieved through 3- to 5-stage gear transmissions (each stage can adopt a planetary design).
• Single-stage layout with 3 to 5 planetary gears (which can enhance torque transmission and power density)
• The gear material is alloy steel that has undergone heat treatment (the external gear wheels have been subjected to carburizing and quenching, while the internal gear ring has been tempered and nitrided).
• The housing is made of ductile iron or high-quality steel, ensuring that the gearbox can withstand heavy loads and absorb vibrations during operation, thereby reducing noise.
• The planetary gears are equipped with ball bearings, roller bearings, or full complement roller bearings, which can enhance the gearbox’s transmission efficiency during both startup and operation phases.
